I had been over training and it finally caught up with me. It became obvious when I was using some foam rollers during yoga. I was all knots. So, I took a couple of days off, except for stretching and drinking lots of water. The reduction in inflamation, lowered my weight a little. The next 3 days will be very physically demanding, so I expect my weight to go back to normal.
135.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
