Seems at least once a year I decide to get my life together. Not only is it me now, it’s my boyfriend. We’re going to be doing this as a team. Hoping for greater results and continued consistency with help from a partner. We’re going to be ready next summer for this heat!
261.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

same, my hubby has been working overnights since November and gained 20lbs. Together, we lift weights 2-3x a week, track macros and use fitwizard.com weight loss calculator to help know what calories to stick to.

Congrats on your persistence in getting your life together at least once a year, I tend to drift along for several years before attempting to get it all pieced together again! LOL Having a fitness buddy is always great!

It's always a better and easier when your partner is on same page as you. When I started my fitness journey, my husband wasn't interested in it so I did a lot of cooking two separate meals. Now that I'm in maintenance, I can usually do a protein and veggie for dinner and he likes it so that's a plus. Best of luck and stick to it, you guys got this!!👍
