Did good yesterday, even though I was on the go all day. I play today to be more of the same. I will try hard to get a salad or similar for lunch, and see to it that dinner will be satisfactory too.
Rehearsing with the band makes it difficult to cook myself and to eat at proper times. But I'll figure it out.
Today the local town festival starts. I expect quite some walking.
Life is good.
