Gained two tenths of a pound. It could have been much worse. Will be following my diet more closely not that the refrigerator is cleaned out. But still have a big pot of blackeyed peas. I know they are not bad for you, but the carbs in my diet always seem to run on the high side. Been working to maintain my macro nutrients at 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat.
230.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
