looks like my weight loss doctor was right, my gain was water...I cut cooking with the soy sauce and held off on the sea salt i switch too from table (not that I used much salt anyway, even before...) and the dam burst in less that 24 hr...I dumped water like a damaged plane dumping fuel before a crash landing (I know, bad metaphor...).

Now I'm back on track...
241.2 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
