thanks everyone. i cannot seem to break through the 150 barrier - and it is getting frustrating for me. but yeah - all good, no worries.

yeah - actually did - went to 149.8 later in the day. body is crazy.

If you guys keep getting stuck at a specific weight add a cup of green tea to your diet daily. It's what my doctor recommended me and it works!

thanks Countingchrissys! I do actually have a cup or two of matcha green tea every day with a quarter teaspoon of baking soda. i probably need to have green tea only some days :)
