Good morning. Yes, I've changed my goal weight. 137 lbs is my ideal now. 7 years ago it was 135 lbs. Not happening and I'm no longer going to stress over trying to get back down to that weight. I'll continue to do what I'm doing with monitoring what and when I eat, stay hydrated and enjoy myself. As for my 3 pack, I still dream about it!!! 😁😁😁🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
