off until noon - going to do an hour of running/walking, some gardening, then perhaps more walking.
114.6 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

skipping the gardening. ran 2 at an 8min pace, 2 at a 11min pace and walked a mile with my ma 🥰
