What a relief… I ate cheesecake and chicken wings on Friday and the scale went up and stayed there. So glad it finally moved down. It’s still higher than last weigh in but I’ll take it.
I have such good envy. I saw all the birthday cakes and cheesecakes lately that I had to have.
148.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
