I have started an exercise plan this week now, hopefully I'll stick to it to get over the "hump" and lose 15 more pounds.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm sure that if you put your mind to it, you will progress towards your goal rapidly. The first five pounds, and the last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose IMHO.
