Yah! My first weigh-in. Lost 2.8 lb! I have been journaling my food and learning a lot! I feel GREAT! Waiting for the hot weather to get nicer to walk in evenings. I REALLY want to succeed! We had a nutritionist talk and she had a lot of great info regarding label reading, daily need of sodium, fat and fiber. Really good info. Even though I KNOW some of this, hearing it again is essention to my success.
