Weight down again and pleased with my walking and some running. Sadly my yoga challenge has suffered. Yogic breathing is all I have managed. Tried to settle down to a good hour last night but it was not happening. Too much other stuff at the moment, including computer crisis at work and getting ready to move on to our next site. Hopefully all will settle down within the next week or so.
136.7 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
