yesterday it was cheat day and I had nearly 2000 cal. :-(

Had coffee 2 mugs, tea 2 cups do far will have popcorn and coffee now.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
