This after a week of entertaining the family, 4th of July and a wedding. I was not as careful choosing food as I could have been, but it was all so good. It was a very active time with Volleyball, Pickleball, gym and dancing. Hopefully, the extra weight is muscle. I wish I had a reliable method of measuring body composition. Those scales are just guessing. Maybe I need to start using measurements? Or are photographs more accurate? Your thoughts?
136.9 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
