2 weeks of eliminating non-whole food carbs and lots of walking and biking dropped my weight 9.4 lbs. I realize at least half of that was likely water weight, so in actuality, I dropped 2.3 lbs per week. not bad!
305.2 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 85.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I want to say thank you for all the positive feedback. I always forget about the fact that the journal entries are actually out there for everyone to see! I feel like I'm just making notes to myself. I don't really Network very well on here like I do in other aspects of my life. Once again thank you to everyone that was so positive about this. I apologize for being a lousy "FatSecret Friend."
