Today is day one of cal counting and regular exercisr. Did 30 min circuit room and am hoping to twice more this week. Waist is at 31, hips 37.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
