I only had cup of rasam, 2 mango slices, fruit bowl, cabbage 1 serving, tea and coffee.
As per calories calculation I should be 77.8kg today :-(
@ 2PM =78.8
Had nothing till now except water
173.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
