had heavy dinner yesterday rasam, rice and phalli

had nothing till now other than coffee in morning, will have only 1 cup rasam shortly.
173.9 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
