May be subliminal sabotage darkg. Breakthru into 100’s and subconscious sabotage yourself. Post your food before you eat it. Look at the calories and protein, carbs, sugar, fat etc. drink a ton of water. Don’t bring unhealthy food into your house. You are young and have a long life ahead of you and deserve to feel wonderful in your body. You can do this dg.
