I am doing ok with meals, cutting back or eliminating white bread, potatoes, and such but thise late night gotta haves are stilll there. The things you want even though you are not hungry. Mostly SUGAR cravings! 🤦‍♀️
247.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
