The treat tin and the leftover food from their "more scrumptious" meals - I have a hard time resisting too. I got rid of all the candy/treats that my kids and I both like, and instead, I try to choose the treats I could care less about, but that THEY love. For example, I ditched the chocolate but there are plenty of lollipops, tootsie rolls and pez in the pantry for occasional treats. Try that - it's a lot less tempting!

Hi love,
I'm thinking you need to get rid of the cookie tin, even just for a little while so you can get rid of the cravings. My boyfriend and i LOVE lindt chocolate, and he can't have a cup of tea without a biscuit. so we made a deal, he can do what he wants but i don't want to see it. so his car door is crammed with chocolate rappers and the rest are in his glovebox, but they don't come in the house. it's to hard otherwise. best of luck,
mia
