Thanks. This won't be a forever for me because I know I can maintain on my regular diet but I will probably pay more attention to my overall grains and carbs. I just needed to switch it up for a little while. I think I panicked when my nice clothes were getting too tight lol. I may start dating again sometime soon and I ain't buying more clothes.

Yeah I figure I will do what I did over the last year lol plus a wee bit more calories since I swear I only lost 2 lbs a Month. But trust me I will still be asking a ton of questions now you all got me to stop being a lurker.

Pretty well. I think I need more calories/fat but I am just not hungry. Doing this with no dairy is challenging but not too bad. A wee bit of headaches still but that's my only complaint. It's nice to see the scale moving but I am sure it will slow down. How are you doing?
