Worked out 5 of the last 7 days. I was getting discouraged because I wasn't seeing the scale budge but today it let go! Yeah! I have to get my mind around the fact that the weight loss is starting to slow down. Going to concentrate on NSV's from now on.
NSV 1# I have gone from the last belt hole (#1) to the 4th since Jan. 2# Wearing medium work pants instead of the large (that I have been in for the last two years) 3# Yesterday one of my male coworkers noticed I have lost weight. He was impressed with how much I have lost in the last 2 months.
I can do this!
