Thanks guys. I went way over calories and ate two sweets. I’m going to have a chat with my endocrinologist. I have the weirdest metabolism! If I eat sugar, I lose. My granddaughter pointed it out. I know I can’t do it daily, but occasionally. I’m also walking almost 3/4 mile day. Huge did he coking out if a wheelchair and off my walker. I’m healing me. 💯 I definitely appreciate the support! 💜🌈
