🤍feeling great 😊 I’ll aim to lose 1.5 kg by the end of July 😊 (I’m happy to lose weight slowly especially to allow skin to bounce back and firm) Google says losing 1.5 to 2.5kg a month is healthy cus any more than that puts pressure on your kidneys
172.8 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
