Dropped another .9 lbs. I was worried that after a bad day, hitting over 2000 cals, that it would hurt my progress, but not as bad as I thought. I think the food that I entered was a little worse than the actual foods I ate. This happens for me when I eat out instead of cooking at home. :)
222.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
