Stayed consistent with calorie deficit and intermittent fasting. Sunday 25th of June was terrible. Ate alot of junk and sweet stuff
234.8 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
