today @ 8:00 PM 79kg fast entire day.
in morning it was 80 kg as I had heavy meal on sunday
today @8:30 pm I had 3 phulka, very little rice; beans and a mug of कॉफी
174.2 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
