the weight is dropping slowly but steadily. I swear, every time I go out to eat it stalls my weight. I stay on plan, ordering a bunless burger or chicken, but it doesn't seem to matter. They must put something in the food. After this weekend, I told my husband I'm not going to eat out for 2 months straight. We can still go out, but I will eat at home and just have water wherever we go. I'm tired of things stalling my hard work at home.

That's been my experience too -- eating out makes it harder to reduce my weight. Lots of reasons: portion size, hidden carbs, more temptations. We eat at home much more than we used to. When you eat at home you can eat healthier, fewer carbs, and less food. One trick I learned is that restaurants will happily make a special meal for you from combinations of healthy food on the menu. So in my case I order a house salad with extra veggies and a piece of grilled chicken or fish.

I could not agree with you more. Salt, types of grease, and/or MSG, you just don't know what they use. Last week, a friend at work said "you would be proud of me, I am going to place "X" with a vendor, and just have the Red Snapper...." Inside I knew he was in for a surprise. So at approximately 5:00am, went to FS, and sent him the nutritional value of what he had for lunch, and I am sure there had been appetizers and sides. Calories 1,199, Total Fat 57g, Saturated 33g, Trans 0g, Polyunsaturated 5g, Monounsaturated 14g, Cholesterol 341mg, Sodium 2,154 mg, Potassium 2,058mg, Total Carbs 60g, , Dietary Fiber 3g, Sugars 3g, Protein 102g. Everything is just covered up with junk. When I cook chicken breast, I know what it tastes like. I can specifically say is a restaurant, just a grilled chicken breast. no seasoning an a splash of olive oil....it comes to the table, and I swear it was grilled in melted butter.

I agree 100% about eating out...it sure is a dangerous place, I find after eating restaurant food I come home and I am so darn thirsty and can't get enough water down...there are many hidden (wrongs) in their food that we normally do not get at home when we cook ourselves...so I try to order the least damaging food and hope for the best...
