WEIGHT IS THE SAME!!!! GETTING FRUSTRATED!!!! GOING OUT TO SHOVEL. MAYBE THAT WILL HELP!!!

243.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you look at your chart, you have a few days eating well then poorly (like a cycle, lol). So your losing pretty well considering. It's like every few days you go down a pound. So just keep going. Be as consistent as you can. Drink your water and be active. It will happen.
