Ok, I've decided [again] to give this a real try. Let's see if I can do the walk and not just the talk. I'm encouraged because I recently went back to work after being off since 10/2010 and somehow managed to lose a pound or two. I started work last Tuesday. Today is 7/23/2011. I'd like to lose 50 lbs by Christmas. I haven't been excersising so this is something that I'll need to incorporate somehow.
