Eating right at or under 1,600 calories slowly drops weight from day to day. Three days I consumed more 1,600 calories, and even though I burned more calories each day than I consumed, I still gained weight.
138.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
