saturday food day. popeyes chicken,twice. fruity pebbles. ice cream. treats, snacks. good food day. almost a re feed due to changing structure during the week. 6 pounds of food and water retention.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 70.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
