I'm learning how to manage my maintenance weight while trying to increase muscle and add more protein. I'm trying to swap fat for muscle. I was losing too much, now I'm gaining too much. It is a learning experience. I wish I had learned these lessons when I was younger, it might have been easier.
136.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
