Creeping ever closer Goal #2 (220 lbs). Some days the magical thinking comes into play and I hope for the big whoosh of weight loss. Must give my head a shake. Took 50 years to get here, What's another year and half? That time will pass whether I do this or don't. It's so dang hard though. Terrible cravings and a yen to binge.
