So I'm recording a 1/2 lb loss, actually it was more like 1.5 lbs 'cause I didn't record the gain. So I guess all in all, not bad. Now for the hard part - the WEEKEND! I picked up some 60 calorie fudge bars at Wal-Mart, intending to have those instead of dessert tonight. Not sure where we're going out to eat yet, need to investigate that before lunch. Planning, planning, and more planning!
