Back in the swing now. Porridge for breakfast, soup for lunch and dinner. I want to keep this up all winter, but stop have the occasional bread roll, chocolate etc. Just no more daily high sugar foods! 💚
179.0 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
