Almost back to the 180’s, noticed the reduced calories in the gym a little this week, but nothing that bad though. Anyone else lose weight in there face first before all other body parts? So annoying! Lol 😂 Anyway, hope everyone had a great weekend!

I always lose in my face first too. People tell me they notice it in my cheek bones before anywhere else.

I don't know that I do lose weight in my face first, but when I got to my original maintentance weight, my wife told me I looked drawn and skinny. So, she wanted me to put back on some weight. She told me my face looked too skinny.

Yes. I find it uncomfortable. It takes a bit to get past that. It's kind of like a smooth shave on the face after years of facial hair.

Thanks Kaylin, no this was taken about a week before the wildfire smoke. I have some pics of that I’ll post later. The sky has been orange and smoky all day!!!
