Don't know what I did. The number for my weight changed ... but it really didn't. I stayed the same! So, looks like I've had a loss then a gain in the same day - or few minutes. :) I guess technology has me challenged today.

Lost so far: 8.6 lb.
Still to go: 26.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
