Okay, so here's the thing... I weigh myself at the grocery store at the same place I do my blood pressure tests. I weighed myself when I took my first BP reading (I do this -- the BP readings 2x--once before I walk 3 times moderately quickly around the whole store--and once after I do the walk.)
So anyway, I weighed myself, and voila, it said: weight: 218.
I thought "oh. Okay, that's good I haven't gained anything, even though I ate like a crazy, depressed nutter most of this week!" and then my friend & I did our circuit around the store 3x and I took my bp again and recorded it. For shits & giggles I thought, oh, le't re-weigh myself so I can make sure that it really was 218 and not actually 219..or 220.

So I weigh myself, taking off my shoes and being still like the directions say to be--and it comes up at 216 pounds. OKAY...now I'd love to think that it really means I weigh 216 but I didn't see that being possible. So I did it again. Again it said Weight: 216.
I made my friend get on and weigh herself too. Maybe the machine was just stuck on that number, you know and needed someone else on it.
She came up at 186 but she isn't sure how accurate it is because she hasn't weighed herself lately. But anyway, I got on the scale again and once more it came up with weight: 216.
So....I'm not sure. I'd love to claim I lost 2 more pounds (who wouldn't, right??) but....I dunno. I have a doc appt on Monday so I'll get weighed then on a more (likely to be)accurate scale and see what it says. For the time being I am weighing in and splitting the difference between 218 & 216 and calling my weigh in for today at 217.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
