My normal routine involves going to the gym 4 to 5 times per week. However for the last 5 weeks, I've been traveling by boat. My excercise routine is minimal. My activity level is minimal, because it is only a 38ft boat, that is constantly rocking rolling and moving. So, I'm eating everything I can, yet still losing weight and likely muscle. The constant motion burns a lot of calories just trying to keep my head up right, but I fear that I'm shrinking muscle. My caloric intake is huge and not very balanced.
