I"m super excited to be a my new lowest. I'm doing an egg fast. today is SUPPOSE to be the last day, but I've lost so readily I"m tempted to extend the fast for two more days. ONE-DERLAND on the horizon! Haven't seen 100s in 4 years.. its been a good week. Its paid off to stay on track on not cheat!
200.4 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 60.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks JMB, I'm still pretty shocked. I had some water then went back to bed. Got up went pee and there it was again 200.4... cool.

Very cool. I always try to drink at least one big glass of water before bed. The trip or trips to the bathroom during the night are worth it. :)

Awesome JMB. TAMZIN its SUPER easy. You consume eggs, with equal amounts of butter in Tablespoons. So I eat total of 7 eggs during the day. 3 for breakfast with 3 Tablespoons of butter, then dinner is 4 eggs with 4 T butter. You "can" add an ounce of cheese to both meals. I choose to add it only to dinner. You will NOT be hungry, I promise. Drink plenty of water. I add apple cider vinegar with the mother in it, with lemon to my water ALL DAY. My first fast I lost only 1.2 lbs. I've been fasting Monday - THursday for two weeks. This M-Th I lost 3.2 lbs. YOu can also have 1 cup of Fat coffee any time in the day. That is a cup of coffee with 1 or 2 T of heavy whipping cream, 1 T coconut oil, 1 T butter. Try to avoid sugar and artificial sweeteners.. which makes it tough. I personally add 1 teaspoon of sweetened condensed milk. It has real sugar and add only 3.39 carbs to my day. That's it. You have that for four or five days and watch the fat melt off. I eat LOW CARB, HIGH, HIGH FAT on Friday to Sunday. I average 6 carbs a day.

AS of today I've lost 49.2 lbs.. low carb, high fat is the way to go. Watch a Youtube video called Butter Makes Your Pants Fall Off.. it will open your eyes.

I am doing LCHF, too. It has started working for me as well. Crazy isn"t it?

Kkrueger, HCB is the name of the person that wrote me.. look in the comments. And LCHF is Low carb, high fat. IT WORKS omg, it works.

I have been doing my own diet just like LCHF.I stay away from starches,like bread,rice,potatoes and pasta.I eat lots of fruit, veggies and stick to chicken,fish and pork.I stay away from beef.I find that as soon as I have bread the scale starts to go up.I am also diabetic.It worked for me before.I find this way the easiest

Yes... low carb works. If you do the research and understand exactly how sugars affect the body then controlling carbs makes absolute sense and cannot fail to work. What does not work is giving into temptation, not having a stronger will power than your bodies cravings... your body obeys you, not the other way around. Don't cheat... the only one you are cheating on is you. Kudos and keep it up!

JDBlackwell, you spoke of cheating. I have fallen victim to my own cravings. Most recently in fact last week and though I didn't gain weight it sabotaged my egg fast and only lost 1.2 lbs. This week I made sure I kept temptation at bay and I lose 3.2 lbs. You're right about the cheating.. it can get hard certain times of the month. But being careful and mindful really gets things back on track and on the way down!

strawberries are great and low in calories and when in season I eat them a lot,I like to buy frozen cherries and eat them frozen.Its a nice treat! Half an orange is the limit for me! Making smoothies is a great idea,with milk yogurt,frozen strawberries and cherries and maybe a banana.I will blend it all up and share with my husband because it makes enough for the two of us and filling too.Just like a milkshake as the frosen fruit makes it thick and yummy.
