I've been adding more protein to my meals . Just about finished eating up the last of the fruits & veggies from the fridge. I also went through the pantry and will be making a donation to the local food bank. I've also been getting some more recipe ideas from YouTube for carnivore meal prep. This seems to get us all excited ! We learned we can make our own ground chicken in a food processor too. Our local Sam's Club carries beef bacon. I'm excited to try that as well.
