(thurs-sun) weekend summary: 29.9 miles, 69k steps, 5 bottles of wine purchased for home, tons of pizza, pasta, desserts and wine consumed while on vaca... Ill take that very small gain. off for a morning walk now that im home
112.6 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
