I've made too many homemade pizzas lately...while much more nutritious and more delicious than store bought or delivery, the fact that I've cut so much of my carbs makes my weight climb a bit when I gorge a bit on them. Just gotta hit the smoothies and salads more again!
165.6 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

Thin crust is the way to go.

Does that mean cutting back o carbs is a bad idea ? I ask this as this is the first time ive tried losing weight that way ...i usually just eat less of everything and run myself ragged lol .i am just about to increase my carb intake as i am about to start training for a big cycle ride .can't get pizzas out my mind for some reason 😎
