I didn't gain or lose, but I ingested a lot of sodium over the weekend. Time to flush the system.
173.8 lb Lost so far: 106.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ditto ... Actually I came crawling back from a potential gain (I just didn't record my weight) ..... it calms my soul knowing that you, one of my heroes, have days when the weight doesn't just fall off. You continue to amaze me.

Just gotta keep on trucking. There will be times where there will be no loss, there will be times where there will be a gain. But we can't let it get us down. Because in the overall scheme of things we have come a very long way.
