I thought this week would have reflected a good weight loss instead I went up .2lb. Ok no big deal right atleast I maintained but I cut back on stuff this week, cut down the diet coke intake and didn't get any results from it. Disappointing.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
