Back from a work trip. Damage wasn’t as bad as I feared. Work trips can kill progress but I try to prepare before and make sure I get back to the routine when I get back.

That's not bad at all, knowing there's temptations and being able to reign it back so you do not over indulge when its right in front of you, is super good. Its these mini-crises that set us back, and doom us to fail. Making a little mistake here and there, and moving past it to get back on track is the best mentality, do not count a misstep as an utter failure, just pick yourself right back up and start again.
