Not surprise. Not worried. In fact, I expect it to go higher than that. Tomorrow it likely will. Today is refeed day so I'll be hitting about 3000 calories. It's also my hardest lifting day, so it all helps to keep things sorted out. If I'm right, I'll drop a pound or so by Monday or Tuesday.

Happy Thursday all you poor, starving people. Don't worry. You're not starving literally.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
