Working on some strategies to be successful at the office! I bought another digital scale and taking a shopping list notepad/pen to keep in the same drawer in office kitchen. Taking kitchen timer to remember to move each hour. Bought extra veggies/ berries/ cheeses/olives/jerky/h.b. eggs/fish pouches for better small meal choices. Extra lettuce/salad kits too! Anyone have a favorite YouTube channel for exercising for desk jobs?
